Parade Application

Parade Rules

Each entrant/group of entrants is expected to comply with Parade Officials' directions, as any entrant/group of entrants can be removed from the event by parade officials at any time.
Each entrant/group of entrants needs to operate and behave in a safe and respectful manner at all times. For clarification, a few examples of unsafe or disrespectful behavior would be: Trying to get into a moving vehicle, throwing candy at spectators, yelling at someone, etc.
Each entrant must comply with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations, as well as comply with any public official, as always, especially during an emergency situation (EMS, Sheriff, etc.).
Each entrant/group of entrants must support the parade theme, in that it is a family event for children, so all costumes (no Santa Claus), signs, audio/music, decorations support a family friendly environment.
Each entrant/entrant group must request any animal participation & include cleaning support as needed
Most Importantly, each entrant/entrant group is required to have fun and create great memories.

In consideration of being allowed to participate, you and all persons participating agree to HOLD HARMLESS AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE Denver/Lake Norman Rotary Club or East Lincoln Betterment Association, their officers, directors, or members from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation, whether caused by the negligence of releasee(s) or otherwise. You agree to take such action on behalf of yourself, executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns.

By typing your name where indicated, you understand and agree that this form of electronic signature has the same legal force and effect as a manual signature.
